Los Angeles TV Producer turned Artist

My paintings are inspired by the Paris of Colette and Anais Nin - at least the one that lives in my imagination. Looking at my work you can see multiple layers of textures and colors that might bring to mind the gorgeous decay of an old French home or cafe. I think there is beauty in decrepitude and I try to capture some of that.

My day job is working as a TV producer, but my real love and passion is creating things (other than TV). My boyfriend and I have basically turned our apartment into an art studio.

My mother, and her mother before her were art and antique dealers. Our home was a revolving door for furniture, art and rugs. I frequently came home to new (old) bedroom furniture and different works of art on the walls of my room. Growing up, my life was filled with eccentric creative-types and I've always liked to think of myself as one of them. I've created art all of my life in one way or another. In recent years, it's become an all-consuming obsession and when I'm not actually doing it, I'm thinking about painting and collaging. My art makes me ridiculously happy. When I'm finally "done" with a painting, it's like that falling in love feeling every time.

My work has been featured on Artfully Walls and Anthropologie.

Very interested in licensing my paintings to make gorgeous products, so if you're interested please message me!
